Glad you got it fixed, you can do a repair install in Windows 7 which doesn't require reinstalling all your other software if something like this happens again.

Thank you for the suggestion, however, non of them worked. Every time I booted my computer, it would go to a blank screen and was asked to "kill" a process. I don't know what process was being killed and it seemed sort of suspicious to me so I wiped my entire HD clean and installed Win7 from scratch. Slightly bummed but I will take extra security precautions this time around.
