I got this error code when doing a scan with Power Eraser

Registry Key: HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1101115190-1716058734-255419495-1001\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\3\"1803"

My other question is would this affect me trying to do a factory reset.

Sorry that was the error message that I got was the Registry Key. Norton says that the registry key is bad and needs repair.

Not sure why you'd ever need to repair a registry value. If it's there and you can see it there's no issue.
