Accidentially I pressed some unknown key combination/sequence and the result was that the
title bar and the menu bar of the well known built-in Task Manager was suddenly hidden.

Only the processes are shown in window. I cannot even switch to the other tabs.

With which key can I tell Win 7 to re-show title bar and menu bar?

Solution
This is an old issue that has been around for many years. To regain the Tabs and information, double-click on the outside border of the Task Manager window. Double-clicking toggles it on and off.
