Hello I have windows 7 ultimate 64bit, my problem is I can't install programms . adobe flash player can't installed because when I go to install it stuck on 5% and say connection problem.. I have Google chrome, but another programms I can't install them.. maybe I must have visual c++ packages etc? please help..
