Hey Guys,
I just bought a Haugpauge USB-Live2 Analog Video Digitizer, and use a Canon camera, using as web cam.
I have tried ArcSoft,Debut Software, Windows Movie Maker, Sony Vegas Capture And Oovoo.
When USB-Live2 is hooked up, it worked for a little while on ArchSoft and now it doesn't. It's work's on Oovoo, without problems.
Error message: "The Device Is Used By Another Program or Application. Shut down other application.."
I went to Task Master & Start-up, and strip all non-relevant programs. I'm running on a 'skelton'desktop.
I uninstalled USB drivers, Reinstalled, same error.
Is this A Win 7, USB, Program Problem?
Other people had similar problems online and answers were few. I'm out of options...
