Anyone got a clue how to fix it??

already searched for it using google..but couldnt get a step by step solution..

i got the system repair disc created from another computer..

tried startup repair, it says no error..and also i havent got a restore point..

You could try the process in the link. Maybe it would replace a necessary file..
