Windows 10

When I click, it does not click where the tip of the cursor is.

It's misaligned by 1/2 a centimeter. A very small amount but just enough that it makes illustrating, video editing, or anything very frustrating.

Restart did not help.

I updated mouse driver. Then tried rolling back the drivers.
No help.

The problem persists no matter what mouse, even if I use my Wacom Pen Tablet the issue remains the same.

I remember I had this same issue last year, on a different computer, but the problem went away after a day.

It's been almost a week and I can't take it anymore.

What should I do? ):

I fixed the problem.

Apparently the cause was a program called X-Mouse Control.

I uninstalled that and now it's working fine.
