How can you tell if the app owner updates their app? All I see is the Release Date. In Android stores you can see the last updated version. I hesitated to download apps when the visible date is years old. But many big publishers seem to have "older" apps by Release Date....help understand how apps get updated in the Windows Store..THanks <3

I'm not really a store user, but the release date should be the release of the current version. A lot of application developers may choose not to continuously update their apps in the store. You should be able to tell if an app received an update by clicking on the three dots in the upper right and going to "Downloads and Updates" the modified time should indicate the last update or install date.
