When I speak through my microphone on Microsoft Windows 2007 no text appears, how do I make the computer understand me?

Hi, did you actually set this up first? In case you haven't, open the control Panel and click 'Ease of Access'. If you click on 'Speech Recognition Options' you can then start to configer Vista to use Speech recognition. I hope this has pointed you in the right direction, if not, please post again.
