I upgraded to windows 8 on 2 computers i Norway. But in my country I can not upgrade to win 8.1.
Microsoft store just show an empty trunk.
1 computer have Win8 pro.

But when we went on holyday to Thailand, I coul easyly upgrade my wife's computer from 8 to 8.1
Anybody know what to do?

I get at link saying "Get free upgrade" but I only get an empty store.
