I found in another answer/forum how to change the repeat rate in regedit. I made sure the flag was set to 59 and changed the repeat rate from 300 to 100. My question is: how low can you go in that setting or is 100 a good place to stay?

Repeat keys seem to be working a lot better. Changing the keyboard rates in the control panel didn't make even the slightest difference - on slow or fast it was the same. Windows 10 Pro Ver 1909
