I upgraded to windows 10 from 8.1.on 8.1 my user name(not my Microsoft account name), was using special (non English) characters. After upgrading to 10,I noticed that I couldn't install a specific program, an Android emulator called nox.I made a local account on my pc using standard English characters for the name, and the program installed and run perfectly. So my question is,can I change the user name of my main account so to be able to run this program?

It's not really my area to be honest. What about other forums especially ones dedicated to tweaking?
