Windows 7 User Profile Service failed message

When I try to log on to one of my user accounts I immediately get the message "User Profile Service service failed" and it won't log me on. Any ideas? Thanks!

Can you log on with any account, including the user/admin account?

Some folks had a problem where multiple folders were being created in new user accounts which was messing those up.
