I am having problems with internet connectivity. the internet will be going fast as usual and download 700-800kbps then out of nowhere drop to 2-3 kbps and web pages will barely load and connection timeout error comes up alot

Is the connection broaddband or dsl, remember that broadband is a shared bandwidth.
