Windows 7 Windows 7 Starter, Bridge Connection

I have this problem, at my Windows Vista and 7 (pro) I can make Bridge Connection, but here at Widows 7 Starter I dont have that right or so...:

I think you will find that the "Starter Edition" is what it says on the tin. It is only a very basic Windows 7. In a mater of fact in IMHO it is a load of, how can I say this, hmmm CRAP, there I said it....
