I want to setup Windows 8, The installer disk is downloaded, the emulator is configured correctly, but the system does not boot, and hangs on the loading screen. I have already tried to configure the emulator in any way, but occurs error 0x000000A.

Its possible your Windows installation boot media is corrupted or the VHD is corrupted. Suggest re-creating both from scratch (create or download a new ISO from MIcrosoft), delete the virtual hard disk and create a new one, and try again. Also make sure that your hypervisor is on the latest version,
