If Microsoft delivers on the roadmap’s promise, Workforce Insights could make organizational analytics substantially more immediate and actionable. If enterprises pair that convenience with disciplined governance, it may become one of the more practically valuable Microsoft 365 Copilot agents—not because it replaces leadership judgment, but because it helps leaders apply that judgment with a clearer view of the organization in front of them.
