Google’s unannounced Pixel Watch 5 has appeared as a selectable device inside the Google Health app, giving the upcoming Wear OS smartwatch an unusually direct pre-launch appearance in Google’s own software.

The finding does not expose health features, pricing, or final hardware imagery, but it strongly suggests the companion-app work needed for launch is already in place.
The screenshots shared with Android Authority show Pixel Watch 5 at the top of the device list, ahead of the existing Pixel Watch 4. For current Pixel Watch owners, that matters more than another rumor-render: a device-specific setup path generally has to exist before Google can support pairing, account connection, data permissions, and firmware onboarding at retail.
Google appears to be reusing Pixel Watch 4 artwork throughout the newly surfaced screens. That makes the app listing poor evidence of final industrial design, but it also fits prior reporting that the Pixel Watch 5 will closely resemble its predecessor.
