Hello, I have a Java application. Sometimes an egg timer (sandbox) appears and I can do nothing. But when I minimize the application and then maximize again, then it works. Has an idea?

How old is the code, what server is it running on and is there any A-V software installed... modern programs like Avast will sandbox by default but still allow you to set your own overrides.
