Seeking Recommendations for Top Three Web Hosting Providers

I am taking opinion from everyone out there. Who do you think is the first, second and third best web host out there.

You are now your best webhost if you know how to do it However, I would go with serverpowered.com, asmallorange.com, or dreamhost.com. These are the ones I've worked with in the past, and they're fairly decent.
