The only thing I can find about "Center Stage" is related to a customized UI on some Dell Computers.

But whatever, try looking in MSconfig.exe to see if something is set to start up that might be related. If you do not see anything, you might do some troubleshooting by unchecking some items to keep them from starting up, to see if the error stops.

Probably, something needs to be reinstalled or a repair done to some specific software -- but just guessing.
