I just did a fresh installl of windows 7 RC on my HTPC. All is well except for when I set wmc to record a tv show and it wakes up and records it the pc does not go back to sleep. It displays the logon screen (I have disabled the UAC). Am I missing a setting somewhere. My bios is set for S3 & S4. I had Vista on before and it worked fine.

Hello and welcome,

Go to Start Control panel . Power Options, click the require a password on wakeup and select Don't require a password.
