📎 AI Summary:
The thread discusses whether to reinstall drivers from the CD after reinstalling Windows 7. The original poster questions if they should insert the drivers CD since the system didn't prompt for it during reinstallation, seeking guidance. The responses clarify that if it's a clean install, the drivers should typically be installed from the CD, but they might be outdated, and recommend verifying existing drivers or downloading the latest versions.

In a word yes especially if it was a clean install. The chances are though those drivers will be old. You could always open the CD and browse through the drivers files and google for the latest versions unless your using a laptop in which case the manufacturers support page may have later versions too.

I merged your threads to save confusion. Please do not double post.

You can also look in your add and remove programs section and see if any drivers are installed. If you don't see any then you know you need to run the cd.
