Windows 7 Family Pack question

I have Win7-Ultimate installed and now would like to upgrade 2 other laptops with Win7-Ultimate. Is the family pack only good for Home Premium? If so, what is the most economical way to install to two new machines? BTW, the two laptops are not eligible for the upgrade.

Just to add... You could install OEM versions on the lappies as long as your aware of the limitations of the use of OEM versions..
