Windows 7 Installing Win 7 on a netbook using a usb drive

Hey all, I have a Msi Wind, and im trying to install Windows 7 on it form usb drive but I made the USB stick and booted the Wind to it, I just get a blank screen and a blinking cursor line. Nothing else. Anyone can help? Thanks

Why don't you read and follow the procedure outlined herein?

I did, but after doing some tests, i think got a bad flash drive, because now sometimes it blinks and then sometimes it says can't read drive, and tells me to reboot.
