After 2 years of trying to tackle this BSoD (and getting rather close!) I've finally given up and am asking for help.

I've ran memtest, and RAMMon is unable to execute and comes up with errors.

The BSoD's primarily happen while playing games such as Planetside 2, Final Fantasy XIV, and Warframe.

Hi -

Driver Verifier did flag NVIDIA with bugcheck 0xc4.

What version NVIDIA drivers were installed on:

Did you run HDD diags on both the internal SATA 250 GB HDD & external Seagate FreeAgent USB drive?

SeaTools for DOS, LONG test - http://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutorials/4072-hard-drive-hdd-diagnostics.html

Well, it's been quite some time since I posted, and no problems thus far.
I have no clue what I did to "fix" it, but it was probably my OC and the drivers listed way early on in the thread. Thanks!

It could also have been the fact that it usually occurred while streaming Planetside 2 using my CPU, which might've put a huuuuge strain on it. Could it be BSoD-ing to protect itself from further harm through running CPU/GPU intense programs?

Who knows.

Have you considered more on trying a re-install?
It has been considered multiple times, especially before I came here. It's still on the list of things to do, just need quite some time to do it.

Talking with a friend who had a similar problem, it could also be power management and something being faulty, such as the cords to the CDROM or such.

I'm gonna give it to the end of the month, but for the most part I think I can call this fixed and under control. Thanks!

Great to hear your running issue free and thanks for updating your thread. If you need to and I hope you don't.. :) Just post back.
