Link RemovedIs the "All Programs" part of the Windows 7 start menu a "virtual" folder and how do I access it? Do I go into the registry? John:l::waah::waah:

Solution
On a single user PC there are two locations:

C:\Users\All Users\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
and
C:\Users\Your User Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

If you want an image in the background you have to edit several images in the *.msstyles file.
