I have had a quite frustrating evening trying to find out who is moderating a forum, and then trying to engage with them. Also I had a problem with not being able to converse with another moderator who appeared. SO, my idea is to advertise on the forum which moderator is policing the server so we know who to complain to - or about.

Well I'm using the Chrome browser with a 'theme' attached. you need to click on settings up on the right and then look for 'Get Theme's on the settings page:
An image from 'Suggestion: Visibility of Forum Moderators for Better Communication'. Browser settings showing startup options and appearance customization with home and bookmarks.

You can always see which staff are online by simply looking at the main page:
An image from 'Suggestion: Visibility of Forum Moderators for Better Communication'. Screenshot displays a Windows forum webpage with an arrow pointing at the staff online section.
