Problem with our installation of a certain very stupid web management hosting software software trying to load a default CGI binary instead of the website itself. We disabled auto update for this and intend to phase it out eventually. Should not re-occur.I had to disable UBlock Origin for the site to load, then enable Ublock O. It was just kept reloading the page really fast and nothing displayed. Why was it doing that? I think this same thing happened on the site a few months back.
