Now if I could learn to keep my heat down (not enough meat on my bones to stay warm), I might see a real difference,

I haven't had a gas bill higher than $20.00 in about 6 months.

I always put an extra layer on but then again I have an awful heating system which is either 'on' or 'off' with no inbetween.. So I leave it until it gets really cold before i turn it on..

I have a swetshirt and flannel lined shirt on right now. Try to keep the temp at 69.

I hope not... it's been SUMMER in Pa the last 6 months. Unless you use electricity or firewood, your gas bill is about to go a lot HIGHER. I was in Erie in 77 or 78? and we had 8 ft of snow. We had to climb out a window on the second floor.

It's 52% right now in Erie, PA (the mistake on the lake)

We never had a summer, just Spring and Winter.

I'll be happier if you keep that cold up there. It hit the 40's here in Bayou La Batre Al. last night.
