thx i updated directx and haven't got a bsod so far.:p:p:p:o

i have had lots of crashes due to bsod's regarding dxgkrnl.sys dxgkrnl.sys version: 6.1.7600.16432 i need a solution to this problem. please help and thank you.

i installed windows 7 last year so its been a long time. i dont think i can do a clean install cause i dont have an external drive to save my files. is there anyway i could do a repair from the os disc?

"window resource protection did not find any integrity violations." i did this scan two times and it gave me the same result.

i can't locate it. i tried searching my comp. didnt find it.

directx version: directx 11 dxdiag 6.01.7600.16385 doesnt say anything much bout directx.

yes and strangely enough all the crashes are due to the dxgkrnl.sys:(

no, i got this long time ago and i didnt install anything major. by the way, i used a program called bluescreenview to find out what exactly causes the bsod, and it seems its a driver called dxgkrnl.sys i dont no wat to do from here on lol -.-
