Granted Windows 10 has its fair share of bugs, this was because of me and not Windows itself. Also, this was a early build of 10 as well.

Sadly, none of this is helping. I still can't rollback to windows 8.1 and the freezing is still happening. Any more ideas?

So sorry, did not have time yesterday. Anyway My system spec are Acer ACT-105-UR11 Amd a10 6700 Amd r9 270 10 gigs of ddr3 ram Hope this helps.

Okay, i will give system specs when I get home.

When I boot my PC, on occasion, it will freeze, requiring me to completely restart my computer. Because of that, I would like to rollback back to windows 8.1. However there is a problem. The windows rollback menu does not show up when i boot up my computer. Any ideas?

Thanks!!! Just as you replied I fixed the problem. I stared to re install windows 7 on my pc, however before it allowed me to it attempted to boot win 10. I simply booted back to win 8 and everything still works fine. Hope this helps anyone who encounters the same problem. Thanks again.

After misckicking on windows reset, i turned off my computer the cancel the process. When i rebooted in windows 10, none of my usb devices were working. I reset my computer and still nothing. I pluged in my old purple connector keyboard and it did not work as well. Help!!!
