Okay I found both! :) 1. As shown in the bottom of the picture, the command rate of both memory sticks is already set to 2. edit: I just CPU-Z again just to make sure, and this time it showed my Command Rate as 2, which is strange because i've never touched the command rate option before...
Alright I went to the bios but I couldn't find an option to change the command rate of my memory, nor could I find a XMP setting :\ If it helps at all, I'm running Gigabyte software and I accessed their bios menu
Yes, I tried testing both sticks individually in the same slot and also tested both sticks individually in the other slot, AND also tested both the slots simultaneously with the sticks switched.
I actually only left them running for 2-3 passes. I'll run it again. The strange thing is, I took one of the ram sticks out and played games for 8 hours straight last night and I didn't get ANY errors whatsoever nor any BSODs. Any ideas on what might cause this?

Sorry but could you specify what you mean by which driver I am using? My video card drivers are all up to date. -I just updated my BIOS driver to the latest one.
Okay I started up Minecraft and now my GPU temp is cruising at 39-40... Edit: My display driver stopped working again but when i checked the GPU temp it was only at 33
