I am trying to download an updated version of a program that I use frequently. When I click the download, I get a message that says "Google Drive cannot scan the file because it is too large". I can select "download anyway", but the resulting file is garbage. ????? I don't have Google Drive...

I have Windows 11 on a HP x360 Spectre laptop. I was trying to download a file and a window popped up that said "Google Drive can't scan the file (to big)" and I couldn't finish the download. I have searched my laptop for any reference to Google Drive. Nowhere to be found! So, what is going on...
