I have an HTML file of favorites exported from a Windows 11 laptop. I cannot find a way to "import" these favorites to my Windows 10 Laptop. (I had to start from scratch because of extreme corruption.) Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks for your reply! I use Edge. Anyway, I ended up using the Command Prompt to change the time zone. Every other internet reply included references to things that didn't exist or menus that didn't exist.
