Yeah, so i was thinking of System Recovery discs but i doubt you have an HP Computer or System recovery discs. I could think of installing 7 on another disc and then formatting your C:\, and moving all your stuff back.

Hello, If you can use system restore, please do that to an earlier time. Otherwise you pretty much have to backup Windows and reinstall, unless you can find a fresh copy of explorer to use.
