New printer issue, different printer: I have an HP printer that has quit printing colored documents. If there is a picture inbedded it will print that just fine and it prints jpegs just fine. Documents that have colored shades on them comeout in gray scale. I have been through all the settings...
I downloaded the latest software and tried to run it. It looked like it loaded the drivers per the load bar and then it just stopped without loading the software.
One of my computers did the creators update and now refuses to print. It is a Dell Optiplex 3040 and the printer is an HP Color Laserjet CP2045. I worked great until the update. I have removed the printer and reinstalled it several times but I get no response from the printer at all.
The computers already have windows 7 but they get imaged every summer. This summer looks like a real challenge. The ISO links are monthly updates so I would have to make ISO's for every month since last May. And then select which updates apply. I need to find a better way.

When I download an iso from this site https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/913086 does it include all updates up to and including the month I select or are the updates for that month only?
