Well, it hasn't happened since I posted! But when it does, I'll reboot and see if it fixes it.

Will be back after I eat then reboot and hit F8 Safe Mode with Networking ... but this happens once in a while so rebooting won't help at this time. I'll have to wait until it happens, then F8. Been 4-5 days since it last happend

Recently my arrow keys have been acting odd. I go to a page, scroll down, but it instead scrolls through tabs. It stays like that for a few minutes, then it's okay. Any idea why and how to fix?

F8 will have to wait until tomorrow. I wanted to do it tonight but I forgot (illness related) so will write myself a note for tomorrow. I knew I had to do something but thought it had to do with running a repair disk I've yet to create.

Ok, how do I boot into something offline? If it hangs on that, let's get rid of it. I only have 7 bookmarks on this laptop as I figured I'd bring them over. I need to be able to get into Windows to get the file ..... this is my problem.
