There is a mic boost on win7 aswell. goto control panel, then "hardware and sound" go then into "sound" Go into the tab "recording" double click you mic source. then from there goto "custom" There should be able too click on mic boost.

Yea sems too be access problem, ul need too take ownership back for that hardrive, i had same issues whit folders when i did a clean install of windows 7 RC.

Found a work around too the problem by mauly editing the security premission for the folders, took some tewaking around but worked. Thx for help

I just installed win7 64bit rc1, had win beta 32bit earlyer, i chose too install this on my newer hdd, so the windows folder from win7 32bit is still on other hard drive. Im haveing issues deleting those files. getting permission error. Tryd tioo edit premission and stuff but that didnt do much...

Im unable too play Call of duty 4 for any lenghy periods. I can start up the game and start playing, but it sems too randomly crash afther 5-10min. Any1 else had any problems like this. Im useing Geforce 9800 ultra, 4gram and intel quad core cpu. Useing Windows 7 32bit 7057build
