    Windows 10 No access to Nvidia Control Panel?

    Windows 7 [NVIDIA] Nvidia Control Panel Only Opens to Stereoscopic 3D Settings

    Title says it all, whenever I try to open the Nvidia Control Panel it just brings me to the 3D settings and I can't navigate anywhere else.
