    Windows 7 clear cache Windows 7

    I regularly log on to my account at the phone co. Recently the log-on page has rejected my user ID, says "not available". After many hassles, the phone co. rep suggested that I had a memory problem, I should "clear cache." Don't know how to do this. Please advise.

    Windows 7 administrator user corrupted

    Hello, I got a new computer last week and it was working fine up until now running windows 7 professional 64bit. I activated the guest account and logged on to it, and when I tried to log back to the administrator ("owner") account, I got the following message (on the windows logon screen)...

    Windows 7 User profile service failed logon.

    Last night I logged of my Windows 7 RC 64-bit laptop. This morning I log on and the logon takes longer than usual. Finally a non-aero desktop appears and a message is displayed that the desktop could not be loaded or that the profile is damaged. I logged off and on again, rebooted, but could not...
