Hi. I wanted to change default mail program to Thunderbird.
I went to settings > default programs and then when I clicked Mail app the only option I got was to choose from some web browsers and... "SEARCH IN MICROSOFT STORE". There was no option to choose an app from my disc.
What worse the same...

Whenever I open links in the win 8 email app, the link opens in the internet explorer app. From the app, I can open the page in desktop view. Now is it possible to have the links open directly into desktop view as that is what I would prefer?

I understand the need for a security warning asking for confirmation when running an app downloaded from the internet. But do I really need a warning every time after the first time for any given app? Is it possible to disable the warnings after I have opened the app at least once?
