    Windows 10 Moving apps and data from one user account to another

    I have a problem on a Windows 10 Laptop. Booting and launching apps takes a long time. Once in an app it runs as it should. A friend of mine who works for Microsoft suggested that I set up a new user account. I can do that, but i've received conflicting advice on moving existing apps and data...

    Windows 8 Keeps closing down apps

    My Windows phone (Nokia Lumia 630) is only eight months old but ever since I first got it it has randomly closed down apps I'm using. It comes up with Resuming... And deletes everything I was doing in that app. For some apps it freezes and completely restarts my phone. Any ideas on what I could do?
