blank screen

Hey all, I have a Msi Wind, and im trying to install Windows 7 on it form usb drive but I made the USB stick and booted the Wind to it, I just get a blank screen and a blinking cursor line. Nothing else. Anyone can help? Thanks

Since getting a new computer with Vista I can't get on some websites. I have tried viewing these sites on explorer and firefox.....all I get is a white screen and the page is trying to load but it never happens....had no problems viewing these websites with xp. How do I get past this problem?

Yeah I turned on my freshly built computer, it boots from the cd, it says "Windows is loading files" it does that, then it looks like Windows Vista is starting up (with the load screen, similar to the XP screen)...but then after that it just goes to a fancy blank blueish green screen...
