Windows 7 Clarifying Windows 7 Build Versions and Update Installation Issues
After a couple of firewall problems, I seem to be getting regular updates to my W7. The different updates appear in the uninstall panel, at least. However, my desktop tagline still reads "Build 7000". Are the build releases separate, or what? I'm seeing all kinds of good stuff here --well...- RobMinor

Windows 7 build number of official beta?
i've been googling but i can't find any info. is it the 7000 build or a new build? it's only going to be available to the first 2.5 million people who download it. sounds like a lot, but it won't last long! i wish i knew what time it's being released on friday...- garbanzo

Windows 7 Windows Vista on Vmware
Hello. I have got the first steps of the Vista installation done in VMWare. But when VmWare restarts the Vista screen keeps on saying "Please wait a moment while Windows Prepares to Start-up for the First Time . . . . . . . . . . ." Dots keep on going across the screen until about 5 and a half...- Unregistered
