I installed a 120gb SSD drive into my computer. When I cloned it it made 2 partitions and left some space unallocated. I would like to combine these if possible.

i have windows 7. For my start menu bar properties. Under taskbar appearance, taskbar buttons, i have three options: 1) always combine, hide labels. 2) Combine when taskbar is full. 3) Never combine.
However, these isn't as option for "Never combine, hide labels." Any idea how i can get that...
Normally I have my taskbar settings set to Never combine. Which is fine except for today when I turned on my computer whenever I opened a program the program would fill the entire taskbar. Does anyone have any clue why this would happen. Note that I didn't install any programs.
