I cannot find the Windows Explorer conventional toolbar. I cannot find, for example, any way to get the DELETE button onto the existing "toolbar".
Under ORGANIZE, there is DELETE showing a red X symbol for DELETE. How do I get that & other actions on a toolbar?

There are icons in the notification area that I never need to see: Numbers Lock, Scroll Lock, Caps Lock. I know that I can hide them. I have set them to "hide" in "Customize Notification Icons". But what I would like to do is get rid of the icons permanently. Is this possible?

Is there any way to adjust the Explorer's start folder? Right now it's the Libraries, but I'd rather have the Favorites.
Maybe there's some sort of registry key for this?
