About this tag
The demo app tag on WindowsForum.com covers discussions about demonstration applications used to showcase features of Microsoft technologies. Topics include a demo app built with HTML5 and JavaScript for IE9 Beta, highlighting Canvas, SVG, and custom fonts, as well as a demo app for the Windows Azure AppFabric Service Bus demonstrating queues and topics. Additionally, a small demo application is provided to reproduce a bug where the Save dialog freezes on Windows Vista. These threads focus on using demo apps to illustrate development concepts, test functionality, or report issues within the Windows ecosystem.
