  1. Windows 8 Switching to a window reveals black cover on parts

    Whenever I switch from the desktop to my browser and some other applications as well, I get this: (Black boxes cover up some of the application) and I have to either repeat the switch over multiple times or I have to click around the page to get all the boxes to go away.
