    Windows 7 How to switch off compatibility mode ?

    I somehow set compatibility mode on, so I no longer have the Aero desktop features. ie no preview of minimised folders or 3d effects etc. How do I switch it off to get back to normal ?

    Windows 7 classic appearance properties ARE MISSING
